Happy Anniversary to one of the lowest days in my life, October 30, 2021 I was sexually assaulted. I won’t lie it was one of the scariest times in my life, from crying and scrubbing my body in the shower for hours, to thinking about unaliving myself, to having to see how people look at me different after the fact of telling them, to a relationship ending and seeing a sex therapist (wild i didn’t even know they were a thing till this.) All of this to really say if you or someone you know has been a victim of an assault of any sorts there are soo many people you can talk to and have your story heard.
